The Indian NAVY aerobatic display team Sagar Pawan (See Breeze) is disbanded, as the all four Kiran Mk II jet-training planes are needed to train the fighter pilots.
In fact, the team had not performed since the fatal crash during an airshow in Hyderabad, on 3 March 2010, which killed both pilots.
There is a plans to re-established the team in 2013-14 flying BAE Hawks.
At the beginning of the year the other Indian military demonstration team Surya Kiran was disbanded for the same reason – all planes needed for pilot's training purposes.
